Bhushan Desai, leads PI® efforts pan India looking after sales, business development, consulting and training for the region. Bhushan also leads the overall business strategy and marketing efforts of PI in India. He has been with PI since 2009.
He has worked extensively with clients in the areas of PI implementation. He has certified around 300+ managers and leaders as PI Practitioners. Some of the clients he has worked with are Kotak, Aditya Birla, TVS, Reliance Retail, HSBC Software, etc.
Prior to joining PI®, Bhushan has held the position of Global Product Manager for a manufacturing organization in the US where he led key projects for several product lines. Prior to this he has also worked for a manufacturing organization in India in the marketing function having experience in new product launch, project management and brand management.
Bhushan holds an MBA degree from Boston University School of Management with specialization in Marketing and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, Pune.
